The collection and automated processing of personal data are intended to maintain the commercial relationship and perform tasks related to information, training, consulting, and other activities inherent to ASOCIACIÓN ECOVALIA.

ASOCIACIÓN ECOVALIA performs backups of the content stored on its servers, but it is not responsible for accidental loss or deletion of data by users. Likewise, the company does not guarantee the full restoration of deleted data, as they may have been permanently removed or modified since the last backup.
The services offered—except for specific backup services—do not include the restoration of deleted content from backups when the data loss is attributable to the user. In such cases, a recovery fee will be determined based on the complexity and volume of the restoration, subject to prior user acceptance.
The recovery of deleted data is only included in the service price when the data loss is due to causes attributable to ASOCIACIÓN ECOVALIA.
Commercial Communications
In compliance with the Spanish Law on Information Society Services (LSSI), ASOCIACIÓN ECOVALIA will not send unsolicited advertising or promotional communications via email or any other electronic means without prior request or explicit authorization from the recipients.
For users with whom there is a prior contractual relationship, ASOCIACIÓN ECOVALIA is authorized to send commercial communications about products or services similar to those initially contracted by the client.
